Upcoming Workshops
Carrie is thrilled to be back for the second year of the annual Cavendish Literary Festival this September! She will be guiding a morning mindfulness walk to Sandra McIntyre’s Power of Perspective Workshop.
Unwind your body and relax your mind to prepare for creative expression with Carrie Lundy- yoga instructor, schoolteacher and writer. Join Carrie at Samuels in Avonlea Village for some gentle breathing and beginner-friendly movement to connect with yourself and your natural surroundings. Following this peaceful start, Carrie will then guide you on a 20-minute mindful walk designed to ignite the senses and see the beauty of the world around you with fresh eyes, much like Anne would have. Your journey ends at a Secret Location, where coffee and tea wait for your workshop.
